Alpacas on Parade will be held on 22nd June at Port Macquarie Race Course. We will have the usual pens and trade sites available, and there will be informative talks and displays.

Pens (2m x 2m) are available for $50 each. We suggest that if you are using the pens for animal display then consider two pens so you have room for your display. There will be no displays, tables, chairs etc., allowed in the laneways.

Rather than auctioning animals, this year we will go with “Promotion”. Each stud will be entitled to put forward one above-average animal for advertising over the public address system. Only around ten promotional slots will be available, so it’s “first in best dressed.” Sales will be by private treaty between the buyer and vendor. There will be no commission - just a one-off payment of $75 for the special advertising.

To put an animal forward for advertising please fill out the attached form and pay $75 plus your pen site fee. The animal will be checked on the day by the selection team and if for any reason it is rejected, your $75 will be refunded in full. At this time also you will, if you want, be offered marketing advice.

Advertising is also available to traders at the same rate of $75.

Marketing sites for traders start at $200. This secures a 4m x 4m site, and can be increased as necessary at the rate of $50 per 2m x 2m area.

Please send your forms, with your payment, back by the 2^nd June. Site and advertising requests will be processed in the order they are received.
